Broadcasting between midnight and morning

Rowan Vale

Late-night indie lo-fi, shaped by static, memory,
and signals that almost connect.

The signal

He only really exists after midnight.

Rowan Vale started as voice notes — half-finished ideas recorded between 12 and 3am, in a room with the window always cracked open. What began as a habit, tuning into static and recording over it, became a project built around one idea: some of the truest moments are the ones that almost happened.

The songs live in that space — half-written messages, missed timing, connections that faded in and out before they could land. Warm guitars and dusty grooves run through tape-warped textures, like a station you find by accident and can't quite tune away from.

"Somewhere between a radio station and a conversation you never finished."
